James Trevor Mayson,” he whispered softly. I thought this was handled well it's not done in flashback style which I have a pet hate for.Īlso it is set in the 1980's and it's easy to forget things like the progression of technology, mobile phones etc but this is precise and so is the music choices. It is written as Susan looks back over her meeting James and their life together after meeting November. There is no cheating, eyes only for each other, a HEA and an epilogue. She's a strong heroine but not irritating. Susan resists the boom but of course it's up to James to persuade her but she doesn't make it too easy. The book felt like a complete full story although it is listed as a novella, there is lots to it and it's quite exciting. This was the only bit I couldn't quite tally as in Until November Asher is a manwhore type and it is said he followed his father pre Susan but in this book that's painted in a different light, which f good but not quite consistent. She is new in town and they meet, he feels the 'Boom', she feels strongly attracted to him but is cautious as his reputation precedes him. Susan has been the heart of the family and someone who at times the wives of her son's have gone to for advice and James is the mold the boys were made from. Since the first book Until November I have wanted to read about James and Susan Mayson, Asher's parents.

Youve read their sons stories, now its James and Susans turn. Happily Ever Alpha Kindle Worlds is based on the bestselling Until Series by Aurora Rose Reynolds.
